SetCapsLockOn

Description:

 baSetCapsLockOn sets the state of the Caps Lock key.

Usage:

 Result = baSetCapsLockOn( On )

Arguments:

 Integer.
If On is true, the Caps Lock key is turned on, otherwise it is turned off.

Returns:

 Void.

Examples:
